About Us:We are HBI Canada, the Canadian office representing leading brands including RAW Rolling Papers, Elements, Juicy Jays, Kingpin, and more. Our office is a close-knit group of approximately 25 employees, fostering a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment where everyone contributes and thrives.
Our Focus:We are committed to building long-term relationships with our existing customers by delivering exceptional service and support. At the same time, we continue to seek new opportunities and partnerships as we pursue ongoing growth.
Job Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, ensuring a high level of customer service and internal coordination.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable support on product details, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the Sales Team.
  • Support promotional activities for trade shows, events, and retail partners.
  • Maintain and update price sheets and product catalogues.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content.
  • Coordinate effectively with Sales, Administration, and Warehouse teams.
  • Maintain the showroom to ensure it is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Support additional tasks and projects as required.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is considered an asset.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to quickly research and understand products.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and eager to contribute to a team environment.
  • Opportunity to advance into a Junior Sales role within 6–12 months based on performance.

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent/In-office.

Hours: 8am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Wage: $20/hr to be reviewed after 3 months.
