Job description
Job Summary: We are seeking a caring and experienced part-time live-out nanny for 2-4 of our children aged 7.5 (girl), 5.5(boy), 3.5(boy) and 1.5(girl) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Sometimes help on Saturday mornings would be needed as well as the odd date night. We live in NW Calgary in Church Ranches, Bearspaw which is 3km from Rocky Ridge so someone who drives a car is necessary. Job Responsibilities: Childcare activities including (but not limited to): - helping with childcare of 2 or 3 of the younger kids while we take the older kids to their hockey and ringette practises. - help with meal prep that evening - help with laundry if there is extra time - tidy up the play areas when the evening is done - undertaking appropriate creative, educational and outdoor activities with the children (play with toys in toy area, doing a craft or an educational activity, and outside play - reading to and with the children Light Housekeeping including (but not limited to): - emptying dishwasher - fold laundry when available - cleaning and washing up after childrens meals - tidying childrens bedrooms and play areas Hours of Work: Working Days - Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm-7pm, and some Saturday mornings from 8am-11:30am. There are some flexibility on hours as well.
