With a proven track record serving the South Western Ontario Market for over 30 Years, we specialize in residential and commercial glass services, including glass shower enclosures, mirrors, glass replacements, solar & security film, sealed units, and hardware repair / replacement. Position Overview : We are seeking a unique, dynamic individual for the blended role of Business Development Representative (BDR), Glass Solutions Advisor, Glass Project Advisor, and Glazier-Glass & Window Installer. You will play a pivotal role in growing our Calgary market presence, driving sales, estimating projects, and building strong relationships with retail and commercial clients, including property managers, government properties, school boards, heavy equipment operators, home builders, and commercial contractors. Additionally, you will be actively involved in measuring and assisting in the installation of our glass services.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Proactively prospect and acquire new B2B clients across targeted sectors.
  • Client Relationships : Maintain and nurture client relationships, focusing on service excellence.
  • Estimating & Sales : Measure, estimate, and convert opportunities into confirmed jobs for both retail and commercial projects.
  • Account Growth : Develop and expand commercial accounts within property management, government, education, heavy equipment, home building, and construction sectors.
  • Measurement & Installation : Assist with accurate measurement and hands-on installation support for glass shower enclosures, mirrors, sealed units, and other glass services.
  • Collaboration : Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM systems effectively.

    Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (glass industry experience is a strong asset).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Glass CRM software, Showers Online, Google GSuite, and overall computer-savvy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to estimate and quote projects accurately.
  • Independent worker with strong organizational skills.
  • Completion of post-secondary education is an asset.
