Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all on-site activities.
- Manage subtrades and suppliers.
- Work with local governing authorities.
- Maintain detailed, accurate project documents.
- Execute work in accordance with established project schedules.
- Invest the total hours required to deliver projects.
- Maintaining overall project schedules.
- Promote and maintain the safety program Safety First & Always at all times.
Requirements :
- Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Have a strong background interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in multi-storey residential projects.
- Red Seal, Gold Seal and / or LEED® certification would be considered assets.
