• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an asset.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and/or GenAI is an asset.
• Advanced degrees (MSc, equivalent, or higher) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• BA/BSc degree in these fields will be considered if coupled with significant industry experience demonstrating proven success in leading complex projects.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice-to-haves as well:

• Proven track record in leading teams for end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics, data science, or AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to understand the business significance of data, handle data ambiguity, develop creative analytical solutions, and interpret results from a business perspective.
• Enthusiasm for solving complex problems with various analytical tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
