Votre mission consiste à :

Connaissance métier & Excellence Opérationnelle / Business Knowledge & Operational Excellence

• Analyser les besoins d’affaires des clients et les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles précises au sein du module Finance de D365 F&O.
• Participer activement à toutes les phases des projets d’implantation : analyse, conception, configuration, tests, formation et mise en production, en assurant une qualité optimale.
• Configurer et personnaliser de manière experte le module Finance, incluant la comptabilité générale, les comptes clients/fournisseurs, les immobilisations, la gestion de trésorerie et les clôtures.

Collaboration et esprit d'équipe & Communication & Relations / Collaboration & Team Spirit & Communication & Relations

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques (développeurs, architectes) pour assurer l'intégration et la cohérence des solutions.
• Agir comme un point de contact clé, en vulgarisant les concepts techniques et en maintenant d'excellentes relations avec les parties prenantes d'affaires.

Partage des connaissances & Créativité et Innovation / Knowledge Sharing & Creativity and Innovation

• Élaborer et maintenir une documentation fonctionnelle claire et complète (spécifications, guides utilisateurs, procédures).
• Accompagner et former les utilisateurs finaux pour une adoption réussie de la solution et assurer un support post‑déploiement efficace.
• Assurer une veille fonctionnelle et technologique continue sur les nouveautés du module Finance de D365 F&O et contribuer à l'amélioration des processus.

Reporting to the Manager, D365 Consultant, the Senior D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant is a key member of the Microsoft team. You will play a strategic role in the implementation, optimization, and support of financial processes for our clients, acting as an essential bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure robust ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.

As a recognized expert in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will transform complex business needs into concrete functional solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our clients through all phases of integration projects, from design to go‑live, thereby ensuring significant added value and the success of their digital transformation initiatives.

Your mission consists of:

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into precise functional solutions within the D365 F&O Finance module.
• Actively participate in all phases of implementation projects: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go‑live, ensuring optimal quality.
• Expertly configure and customize the Finance module, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, and period closing.

Collaboration & Team Spirit & Communication & Relations

• Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure solution integration and consistency.
• Act as a key contact point, simplifying technical concepts and maintaining excellent relationships with business stakeholders.

Knowledge Sharing & Creativity and Innovation

• Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive functional documentation (specifications, user guides, procedures).
• Support and train end‑users for successful solution adoption and provide effective post‑deployment support.
• Ensure continuous functional and technological watch on new features of the D365 F&O Finance module and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

Expérience: Minimum 10 ans d’expérience confirmée en tant que consultant fonctionnel ERP, avec plusieurs projets d'implantation complets sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – module Finance.

Connaissances métier: Excellente compréhension des processus financiers et des meilleures pratiques en comptabilité.

Formation & Certifications:

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe.
• Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (atout majeur).
• Titre de CPA, un atout.

Compétences additionnelles: Expérience en gestion de projets ERP, un atout significatif.

Communication: Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with several full implementation projects on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Finance module.

Business Knowledge: Excellent understanding of financial processes and accounting best practices.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification (strong asset).
• CPA title, an asset.

Additional Skills: Experience in ERP project management, a significant asset.

Communication: Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
