We are a busy family seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced part-time Morning Nanny / Household Manager to support our household on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position and becoming a trusted, consistent presence in our family’s day-to-day life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is highly organized, and takes pride in managing a home thoughtfully and efficiently. Hours are 7:30 am–12:00 pm, with occasional flexibility for longer days when needed (PD days or if a child is unwell), as well as some evenings or weekends by mutual agreement. ***Responsibilities include: -Morning childcare support (getting children dressed, supervision, calm and structured transitions) -Breakfast preparation and clean-up -Meal prepping dinners and light menu planning -Light housekeeping after the morning routine (tidying common areas and maintaining order) -Children’s laundry organization and seasonal clothing rotation -Running errands such as groceries and household pickups -Maintaining household organization systems (pantry, fridge, children’s spaces) -Monitoring household supplies and restocking as needed -Supporting schedules, routines, and day-to-day household coordination ***We are looking for someone who is: -Come prepared with activities/ crafts for the kids on the days that they are at home -Interested in a long-term role and building a lasting working relationship -Kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children -Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs -Confident managing a household independently -Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy -Calm, nurturing, and adaptable as family needs evolve -Comfortable with clear communication and collaboration -Some travel may be required for family vacations.
