Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Dental Care Treatment Co-ordinator who will manage our Hygiene and Treatment Schedules.

Job Details:

Responsible for the Booking Appointments and Management of Treatment Schedules for 1 Dentist and 1 Hygienist (Booking Appointments/Confirmations/Billing/as well as Referrals to Specialists).
Past job experience in Dental care is as important as excellent social skills.
Familiarity with AbelDent is strongly preferred.
The job would start out with a robust Part-time schedule, with possibility of going to a full-time schedule.
There is potential for additional performance-based bonuses, in addition to the hourly rate.
We alternate Fridays and Saturdays in the Fall/Winter/Spring schedules, with no Saturdays in the Summer.
We also do not work on Holidays and long weekends throughout the year.
We do not work on Sundays ever.
