Clinic Director – Lifemark Physiotherapy White Rock
Location : White Rock, British Columbia
Pay Range
Base : CA$90,000 – 115,000 per year. (Annual Clinic Bonus Plan, Management + Fee For Service pay model available)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes.
- Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimisation.
- Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency.
- Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth.
- Act as the clinic’s primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
