About the role

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Health Club & Spa Attendant. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all spa guests feel welcomed.

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage : $23.00 - $24.50

What you will do

Set up and maintain spa facilities, including refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, and pre-treatment rooms.

Interact with guests with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and addressing questions related to spa services.

Perform light cleaning duties in the showers, washroom, and locker room areas.

Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving guest questions in connection with spa services.

What you bring

Prior experience working in a spa or fitness center.

Have great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.

Strong command of the English language.

Ability to liftupto 75lbs.

Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours :

As our hotel is open 24 / 7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnightsand holidays.
