Job Title: Graveyard Warehouse Order Picker

Location: Surrey, BC

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Training required on day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hard‑working Warehouse Order Picker to join our team on the graveyard shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking both perishable and non‑perishable grocery items using a double electric pallet jack and a voice‑directed headset system. You will build and stage pallets, support fellow team members, and work across multiple temperature zones including ambient, cooler, and freezer environments.

Important: This worksite is not transit accessible for evening shifts. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to complete mandatory day‑shift training before moving to graveyard shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick grocery products (perishable & non‑perishable) using a double electric pallet jack
• Navigate the warehouse using a headset-based picking system
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
• Support and assist other order pickers as needed
• Work safely in ambient, cooler (5°C), and freezer (-21°C) environments
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of repetitive, physical work experience
• Ability to lift 1–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cold/cooler/freezer conditions
• Open availability, including weekends (weekdays off will vary)
• Willingness to learn and operate a double electric pallet jack
• Reliable transportation—location not transit accessible for shifts
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack
• Forklift operation experience
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
