Job Title: Millwright
Job Description
As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production and packaging equipment. You will diagnose and repair components such as bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies. Additionally, you will read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals while performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose and repair bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and motors.
- Work with pneumatic systems and cylinders.
- Handle mechanical assemblies and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Essential Skills
- 433A certification.
- 2+ years of experience as a ticketed Millwright (433A).
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with installation and maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with welding.
- Comfortable working in a food-grade facility.
- Comfortable working within a unionized environment.

Work Environment
You will work on a continental night shift consisting of 4x 12-hour shifts in one week and 3x 12-hour shifts in the second week, with a consistent pay of 42 hours each week. The role may require working outside normal scheduled shifts, with additional support for night shifts if needed. The work environment is within a food-grade facility, and you will be part of a unionized team.
