Adecco is currently hiring a full-time
Forklift Operator (Reach & Counterbalance) for our client in Mississauga, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused and dependable warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
In this role, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory movement, order picking, and warehouse operations while operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to delivering quality work while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
- Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (overtime may be required until 6:30 PM)

Responsibilities:- Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Pick, wrap, stage, and load pallets for customer orders
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Support inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Count, sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Verify materials and shipments for accuracy
- Assist shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift certification
- Experience operating forklifts in a busy warehouse setting
- Inventory control experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with warehouse inventory systems is an asset
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg (66 lbs) regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
