Senior Business Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources. This is an on-site position, and remote work is not currently available.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience : 5+ years in customer service and systems analysis in an analyst role or equivalent.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with ERP technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, SAP).
• Methodologies : Strong knowledge of ITIL procedures (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Business Acumen : Broad understanding of finance, work management, inventory, order-to-cash, and customer relationship processes.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to create process maps, use cases, system flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
