Technical Sales Coordinator

Overview

We are hiring for a technical sales coordinator for a position in Coquitlam, BC area.

The successful candidate will prepare quotes and proposals working with the technical sales team. The customers will be in the oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining, utility, and other related areas of industrial production and manufacturing. The scope of work quoted will be large scale electrical service, installations, and project management. This is a dynamic role in the sense you will be involved in the sales process and support the entire life cycle of service delivery. You will be ensuring specifications align with customer requirements. You will have frequent dealings with various stakeholders including technical team, sales team members, customers, and other relevant members of the service delivery process.

90-95k per year plus a competitive benefits offering.

Requirements

• Background working in technical sales advisor / coordination role
• Electrical experience
• Previous experience working on multiple RFQs and proposals at same time
• Background working with ERP systems
• Excellent multitasking, communication (written and oral), organizational, computer skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
