As an Analyst, you will :
- Create and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for active projects.
- Analyze variances to identify risks and challenges, advising senior management on solutions.
- Manage portfolio reporting by collecting, summarizing, and presenting monthly data for all projects.
- Provide support for residential development projects and the Parkway Place property.
- Ensure financial models accurately reflect agreements, contracts, and industry standards.
- Assist investment and asset teams with quarterly and annual project / portfolio reports.
- Work closely with senior management to execute financing transactions as part of the deal team.
- Prepare client and capital source deliverables through collaboration with associates and partners.
- Review and summarize term sheets, loan documents, and third-party reports.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and operational tasks as needed.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while proposing strategic opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness and enhance decision-making.
- Continuously improve financial processes and streamline reporting systems.
We’re looking for someone with :
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate (CFA, AACI, or MBA is a plus).Proven experience in real estate finance and a proactive attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.High motivation, self-drive, and the ability to work effectively in a team.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Experience in commercial real estate development, underwriting, and financial modeling.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt.
