Compensation : CA$180-200k CAD + 10% bonus, + meaningful equity (pre-IPO)
A hyper-growth vertical SaaS company in the commercial construction and services space is hiring a Group Product Manager to own major product domains across field service, maintenance, and operational workflows. This role sits at the center of product, engineering, and customer strategy, driving 0→1 initiatives and scaling high-impact features used by thousands of field and office teams across North America. You’ll shape roadmap, lead cross-functional execution, and influence how modern software transforms an underserved, real‑world industry.
What You’ll Do
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical product domains
- Lead 0→1 product development and scale existing solutions
- Partner daily with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success
- Conduct direct customer discovery with contractors, operators, and field teams
- Drive beta programs, early adopter rollouts, and feedback loops
- Define and own KPIs including CSAT, feature adoption, and customer efficiency gains
- Identify opportunities to apply AI / ML to real‑world operational workflows
- Communicate priorities and product releases across the company
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth techProven experience shipping products from scratch and scaling themStrong technical fluency (SQL, data, engineering collaboration)Customer-obsessed mindset with deep user research experienceComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environmentsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in construction, specialty contracting, or field service industriesFamiliarity with equipment management, maintenance workflows, or dispatch systemsWorking knowledge of accounting / ERP conceptsExperience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar toolingBackground working with AI / ML-driven product featuresAdditional Highlights
