Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker accurately picks and prepares customer orders, organizes inventory, and ensures all products are properly labeled and ready for shipment. This role focuses on hands-on order picking at ground level, maintaining well-organized shelves and racks, and using RF scanners to support efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders by hand with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize shelves and racks to maintain a clean, efficient, and easy-to-navigate warehouse layout.
- Bag loose quantities of product to ensure they are secure and ready for shipment or storage.
- Check barcode labels to ensure they are readable and correctly applied to products and packages.
- Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and track inventory within the warehouse.
- Support inventory control by stocking items in the correct locations and updating inventory counts as needed.
- Follow work orders to complete picking and stocking tasks according to priority and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area at ground level, adhering to warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a similar hands-on role.
- At least 2 years of RF scanning experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
- Proven order picking experience with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory, stocking, and general production tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to use RF scanners to locate, pick, and track inventory.
- Ability to read and follow work orders and basic documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to keep shelves, racks, and work areas orderly.
- Capability to work on ground-level tasks throughout the shift.
Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, bright, and open warehouse designed to support safe and efficient operations. Work is performed at ground level, with regular use of RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment. The schedule runs from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, providing an afternoon-to-evening shift structure.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.92 - $19.92/hr.
