Mechanical Assembler

Job Must Haves

• 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Experience reading and following blueprints

Job Duties

• Perform stacking and assembly tasks for core components used in power distribution equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to understand specifications and assembly requirements
• Cut metal pieces to the required length using appropriate tools and equipment
• Assemble small and large cores, ensuring all components align correctly and meet quality standards
• Apply epoxy to secure assembled cores to their bases and ensure proper bonding
• Operate hand and power tools, including hammers and shears, to align cores and complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect assemblies visually and through measurement to confirm alignment and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
• Follow all safety procedures and use tools and equipment in accordance with training and guidelines
• Participate in training to learn and develop the electrical aspects of the role as required by the production process

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
