Working in the Outpatient Adult Mental Health Clinic, you will be expected to perform assessments, develop, implement and evaluate the inter-professional plan of client care for older adults with complex mental health and addiction issues, with associated behavioural challenges, that may be complicated by physical health problems. You will liaise with other services within the Mental Health program and with community agencies to coordinate care for clients. You will be expected to utilize critical thinking, problem solving and customer service in your approach to care and service delivery. In addition, the candidate will work with an inter-professional team and participate in program development and evaluation, internal/external presentations and continuous quality improvement activities. Candidates must be capable of providing supervision to Masters of Social Work students and contributing to the development of best practices unique to the social work field. The candidate will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encouraged teamwork and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. Ability to work flexible hours is a requirement and some evening hours will be required.

Hours: Monday-Friday - Various rotating 7.5 hour shifts - 8:00 - 16:00; 5 days (Hours subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $47.039 to $60.979 per hour
