Operations Support person

The Operations Support role reports to the Shipping Supervisor. This role will support production and inventory in the plant by reconciling different forms and fleshing out root causes of discrepancies. The role will work closely with inventory and production Departments to ensure efficiency in reaching production goals with zero non conformities.

Some of the main responsibilities of this position are;

• Collect data from resources such as Protrace, Videojet to prepare the production balancing report which includes FG quantities, RM quantities used, bad bags, fruit waste, wrong boxes.
• Make adjustments to the partial FG, RM, FG returns on protrace that are sometimes missed by the scanners.
• Extract, review and prepare a synthesis of data generated by databases and reporting tools.
• Format data from various sources to prepare draft reports for management review on a daily and weekly basis.
• Reconcile all data from all productions for which the work order is not balanced by discussing with the production team and the warehouse. Second, present the data for financial purposes.
• Compile tables, charts, graphs and summary statistics for integration and reporting.
• Provide concise information for day-to-day operations.
• Assist in the documentation, optimization and automation of processes where possible.
• Responsible for validating and accounting for work orders on Just Food's ERP system
• Participate in the preparation of new box print files and the correction of old files.
• Participates in updating the dashboard for the daily meeting.

• Strong people skills, able to interact with all stakeholders in a positive way.
• Food Industry GMP is an asset
• Has strong communication skills and is able to work collaboratively with a team.
