Your Role as a Project Coordinator:
Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Project Coordinator, your role will include:
- Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing project communications.
- Coordinating with Project Managers to track project schedules and budgets while taking responsibility for the submission of deliverables.
- Conducting contract administration duties including populating and updating various logs (RFIs, Decision, Submissions, Change Management, Risk).
- Conducting quality assurance checks on outgoing submissions.
- Reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to quality and document standards.
- Writing, proofreading, and editing proposals and pursuits material.
- Editing and reviewing content with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, formatting, style, tone, and consistency.
