Join a dynamic maintenance team tasked with consolidating two facilities into one. As a Millwright, you will be instrumental in the relocation of equipment from Agassiz to Langley, taking part in machine disassembly, fabrication, and electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble machines and equipment for relocation.
• Assist in moving machinery from Agassiz to Langley.
• Perform fabrication and electrical wiring tasks.
• Engage in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3rd year of relevant experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in fabrication or electrical work.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• First aid tickets.
• Forklift/OHC experience.
• Red Seal in Millwright.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical or fabrication.

Work Environment

Based in Langley, with occasional travel to Agassiz. Standard shift hours are 6:15am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. The work environment is supportive, collaborative, and safety-focused.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Langley, BC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr.
