Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
The Machine Operator will operate high-speed injection and bottling equipment on a water bottling line, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves preparing and setting up machinery, monitoring line performance, performing minor adjustments, and accurately completing production and quality documentation in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.
Essential Skills
- One year of experience in any manufacturing environment.
- One year of machine operating experience with high-speed machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine operation quickly and accurately.
- 1+ year of forklift experience, including moving pallets from production stations onto the floor.
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience driving a forklift.
- Previous experience as an Injection Operator, Production Operator, or Machine Operator is preferred.
- Ability to understand and work with equipment computer systems, including production control software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate issues to team members and supervisors.
- Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting and safe machine operation.
- Comfort working in a very fast-paced, high-speed production environment with multiple machines operating simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating Husky machines or similar injection molding equipment.
- Experience working with multiple machines in operation, such as extrusion and blow molding equipment.
- Experience using Krones systems or similar computer-controlled bottling and packaging systems.
- High-speed bottling or beverage manufacturing environments.
- Experience working for a competitor in the beverage or bottling industry.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
- Comfort working in a noisy, high-speed production setting with strict safety and quality standards.

Work Environment
T You will work closely with a diverse team that includes forklift operators, machine operators, quality assurance, and maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. The culture emphasizes passion, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, with leadership committed to training those who show effort and initiative. The facility operates on a continental shift schedule: in the first week you work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; in the second week you work Wednesday and Thursday, with 12-hour shifts rotating every two weeks between days (7:00 .–7:00 and nights (7:00 .–7:00 . The warehouse is very clean, and the dress code requires steel-toe footwear, a hair net, and a beard net where applicable; ear plugs are provided to protect against noise. This environment suits individuals who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work, value safety and teamwork, and are comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts
