The mission

Connect&GO is expanding its vertical reach to museums, exhibitions, cultural attractions, and experiential venues. As a Senior Account Executive at Connect&Go for our ZACA vertical (Zoos, Aquariums, and Cultural Attractions), you will be pivotal in driving the company’s growth for these venues by managing the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals.

You will develop deep relationships with strategic clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their operations and guest experiences.

Your role will focus on expanding our client base through client-focused selling and building a robust pipeline in a competitive market.

What you'll do as our Senior Account Executive :

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals, while managing a sustainable pipeline.
  • Use your existing network connections to get quality introductions to generate new business opportunities within your dedicated vertical.
  • Research key contacts within targeted industries, strategically developing a pipeline of potential leads to pursue.
  • Execute professional discovery sessions with potential clients considering BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline) to qualify opportunities effectively.
  • Masterfully demonstrate the capabilities of the product and convey the right features, advantages, and benefits tailored to each prospect.
  • Lead complex negotiations covering budgetary considerations and procurement processes.
  • Develop C-level relationships within the attractions and entertainment industry, positioning Connect&GO as a strategic partner.
  • Understand client needs and industry trends to effectively communicate how Connect&GO’s solutions address our clients’ challenges and add value.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.

What you'll need to succeed :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles with proven success in full-cycle sales, ideally within software or technology solutions.
  • Relevant industry experience in the ZACA industry, preferably with museums and cultural attractions, with a wide and reputable network.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with C-suite and senior management levels.
  • Result-oriented and driven individual with a laser focus on achievement of set objectives and consistent goal attainment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process for Cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and technology stacks such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including familiarity with sequences and automation to enhance productivity.
  • Excellence in delivering product demonstrations, articulating key features, and effectively conveying the value proposition to clients.

Montreal pay range :

$80,000 - $100,000 CAD
