About the Role
The Creative Media Specialist will be responsible for producing, managing, and optimizing a wide range of creative content. This role combines technical expertise, creative vision, and a deep understanding of digital trends to craft content that engages and resonates.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Motion Design
- Video Editing : Edit raw footage into professional-grade videos tailored for different platforms and purposes, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and compelling visuals.
- Motion Graphics : Create engaging animations and effects to elevate video content, making it visually dynamic and appealing.
- Post-Production : Enhance video quality through color correction, audio balancing, and other advanced editing techniques.
- Storyboarding : Collaborate with the team to develop visual concepts and storyboards for video projects.
2. Visual Content Creation
Thumbnail Design : Design eye-catching, platform-optimized thumbnails that boost click-through rates.Graphic Design : Develop custom graphics for social posts, campaigns, and marketing materials.Repurposing Content : Adapt existing content into multiple formats, such as reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.3. Social Media Strategy & Management
Content Strategy : Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with company goals and audience preferences.Scheduling & Posting : Create and maintain a posting calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.Community Engagement : Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, engaging in conversations, and encouraging audience participation.Trend Analysis : Monitor and capitalize on social media trends to keep content relevant and fresh.4. Analytics & Optimization
Performance Tracking : Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and content.Data-Driven Improvements : Leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize audience engagement.A / B Testing : Experiment with different formats, styles, and tones to determine what resonates best with audiences.5. Brand Alignment & Team Collaboration
Brand Consistency : Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and values.Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with company objectives.Creative Input : Provide ideas and suggestions during team brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.What We’re Looking For
Experience :
2+ years in video editing, motion graphics, or a similar role.Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms and driving engagement.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.Knowledge of video compression, formatting, and optimization for web and mobile platforms.Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).Creative Aptitude :
A flair for design and a deep understanding of how to craft visually engaging content.Digital Savvy :
In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and emerging trends in digital media.Organizational Skills :
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.Communication :
