Job description
A leading manufacturing company in the Niagara Region is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support across information systems. This role involves aiding end users, managing devices and business applications, and addressing incident resolution. Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, documenting tickets, and participating in root cause analysis. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary background in Computer Science and 1–3 years of IT support experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills required. Travel and working in an industrial environment will be involved.
