Job description
Adecco is currently hiring an MRO Coordinator for a 24-month contract opportunity in Ajax, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating workflow within the Repair & Overhaul (R&O) shop, supporting planning activities, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring timely availability of parts to meet operational and customer requirements.
  • Pay Rate: $24-$27/hour
  • Location: Ajax, ON
  • Schedule: Full-time, Set schedule (Mon-Thu 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Fri 7:30 AM-12:30 PM)
  • Employment Type: 24-Month Contract | Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with planners to manage workflow across the R&O shop.
  • Ensure parts availability to meet production flow and customer expectations.
  • Enter batch reports and maintain accurate records in SAP.
  • Optimize work processes to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly operational status reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure material and part availability.
  • Support cross-functional communication to resolve workflow and supply issues.
  • Carry an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) phone on a rotational basis for after-hours support.
Qualifications
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • SAP experience considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations related to airworthiness is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
