What you’ll do :
- Oversee the distribution of bulk propane, propane tank installations, and day-to-day customer service.
- Anticipate and assess customers’ propane heating needs, make fulfillment recommendations to the customers, and co-ordinate the completion of service work and propane deliveries.
- Maintain and build relationships with customers, community members, and local Co-ops.
- Ensure proper propane tank inspections and maintenance on all equipment and trucks is being performed and documented.
- Support training, certification upkeep, performance management, and recruitment of the drivers and service technicians to maintain a compliant and engaged team.
- Complete daily administrative tasks on platforms such Excel and SharePoint to create and maintain records of accounts, sales, training, schedules, maintenance, etc.
Who you’ll work with :
The Team : You will supervise a team of 2 service technicians, 5-7 propane drivers, an administrative clerk, and a Propane Distribution Supervisor.
The Customers : You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting rural, commercial, and residential propane customers.

Have 3-6 years of experience in propane or a related commodity. If you don’t have knowledge in propane but have transferrable skills and are eager to learn, we are happy to teach!Have supervisory experience.Have a high school diploma or post-secondary education (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)Have a Class 3A license or are willing to obtain one.Consider yourself to be mechanically inclined, customer-oriented, organized, and hard working.What we offer :
