On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description
This position develops test plans, creates test case scenarios, executes test programs, and works with development team members in implementing and improving quality standards and processes
Reviewing functional and technical specifications to develop test plans and testing requirements checklists
Performing testing, including system testing, regression testing, and stress / load testing
Performing manual testing of interactive web and IVR applications, focusing on functional and end-to-end testing, validating that system response and output accurately reflect business requirements as outlined in requirements document
Validating that data load processes operate properly and conform to standards, developing and executing volume / load test plans to provide predictable, high-quality software products
Creating test data
Quality Assurance Analyst Mandatory Skills
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of related experience
2+ years of experience in QA and testing within a software development environment, preferably with Internet technologies
Must have experience with relational databases and be proficient using SQL
Hands-on experience in testing complex business applications and understanding large complex environments, and knowledge of requirements-based testing
Previous experience developing quality assurance methodologies and techniques
Strong interpersonal capabilities along with solid verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administrative skills required
