As part of Wesgroup Equipment, Williams Machinery has been powering BC industries for over 120 years through leading equipment solutions, strong customer partnership, and trusted service. We’re expanding in Surrey, and we’re looking for a driven, competitive Sales Representative who thrives on building pipeline, winning new business, and closing deals.
This is a hunter role — ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking to customers, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into sales.
You’ll sell JCB equipment, helping customers choose the right equipment to keep their operations moving.

Competitive salary: $70,000–$120,000 (base salary + uncapped commission) Company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package Health & Lifestyle Spending Accounts Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) RRSP matching 3 weeks paid vacation Long-term career growth with a respected industry leader What You’ll Do Proactively hunt for new business across GVDR Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to close Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers across multiple industries Conduct on-site visits, equipment walkarounds, and live demonstrations Identify customer needs and deliver tailored equipment solutions Grow existing accounts while consistently opening new doors Represent Williams Machinery as a trusted advisor in the field What You Bring 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (equipment, industrial, automotive, or similar is an asset) A hunter mindset — you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and winning new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in front of customers and decision-makers Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by targets and results Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why This Role Wins You’re stepping into a growth territory with real opportunity.
