The Sr. Sales Representative will be working from theirhome-based office based in downtown Vancouver or 45 mins from downtownVancouver where the bulk of the business is generated. This position will beresponsible for supporting the entire province of British Columbia.

Summary :
Reporting to the Senior, National Sales Director, Foodservice,the Sr. Sales Rep will successfully sell our great Lassonde brands : Fairlee,Oasis, SunRype portfolio and marketing plans in British Columbia, focusing ondowntown core Vancouver covering without limit commercial, non-commercialaccounts, independent operators, regional chains, and support distributoractivity in branded and private labels for juice and food.
Key Activities :
Expand the food service non-commercial andcommercial accounts.Present our existing and new products to distributorsales team, commercial / non-commercial customers, independent restaurants, regionalchains.Approach customers with concepts and ideas thatare solution options for their beverage and food needs in branded and privatelabel.Deliver sales budget in case growth and netsales for the region.Achieve optimum face to face sellingopportunities.Manage all the independent distributors andsupport the broad line distributors.Get new incremental sales, new distributionlistings, and drive compliance.Execute marketing initiatives & Nationalcommercial / non-commercial customer plans.Lead, organize, and participate in regionalindustry events, distributor and customer trade shows, customer presentationsand accounts blitz.Implement and maintain all contract files inLassonde Trade system.Communicate regional insights on competitiveinformation in industry as available.Education & experience required :
Bachelor of Commerce(Business / Marketing or Finance) or 1-3 years of selling consumer good productsposition.Good knowledge of the foodindustry (distributors, regional and national chains pertaining to health caresegment and / or nutrition).Competencies :
Demonstrates good communication and computer skills (MS Teams, ppt,excel, MSOffice, etc.).Very self-sufficient, motivating and result oriented.Positive and entrepreneurial mindset.Specific conditions of the position :
Must be available to travel for shows and businessas needed.Be able to lift and carry products (weight up to50lbs or 22Kg).Valid Drivers License.Lassonde, all in good taste!
