Under the supervision of the production manager and the foreman, the maintenance manager :
95% of his time :
- Perform preventive maintenance : maintain and improve the plan in place.
- According to priorities , perform corrective maintenance of yard and plant equipment (leaks, machinery inspections, lubrication).
Make tool repairs (buffer, welders and handles, extensions, magnetic drill, etc.).
Perform daily inspections of overhead cranes.
5% of your time : Call on subcontractors when necessary and request quotes.
Your skills and abilities :
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and electromechanics
- Be able to work at height (lifting platforms, stepladders)
- Know how to manage priorities
- Autonomy
- Good physical shape and safe behavior
Schedule and benefits :
- Schedule from 7 a.m. to 4 : 15 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday (40 hrs)
- Paid double time after 44 hours
- Paid time and a half between 40 and 44 hours.
