About your role as a Casual On-Call Community Support Worker:
As an integral part of the Community Living Team, you will support the quality of life for the persons served by ensuring that their physical, social, vocational, educational and medical needs are met. You will also participate in the implementation of all aspects of the participants' program, including agency policies, procedures and philosophy. You will assist residents to live successfully in group settings such as group homes and ensure that their needs are met. You will also help enhance the residents quality of life with activities of daily living and the development of life skills.
