Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and become their primary point of contact
- Provide proactive solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through value-added services
- Lead by example, helping your team deliver an outstanding customer experience every day
Qualifications- 2-3 years logistics in the transport or brokerage industry
- Experience in cross-border sales of LTL and FTL solutions
- Familiarity with class and discount pricing structures
- Be self-managed and able to meet the requirements of the position with minimal supervision
