Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionThis role focuses on assembling medical devices on a fast-paced production line and in a cleanroom environment. You will work with a team to complete production orders, rotate through multiple assembly stations, and follow detailed written instructions to build high-quality products using small hand tools. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately with small components, and comfort standing for the entire shift, including periodic assignments in a cleanroom.
Responsibilities
- Work on a fast-paced production line as part of a team to complete production orders on schedule.
- Rotate through approximately 12 assembly stations and learn each station’s tasks over a 2–3 month training period.
- Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.
- Assemble small parts and components accurately, maintaining high attention to detail and product quality.
- Maintain consistent pace to avoid bottlenecks on the production line and support continuous product flow.
- Work both alongside team members and independently at assigned stations as production needs require.
- Perform cleanroom duties on a rotating basis, including labeling product, sealing packaging pouches, and completing other assigned tasks while standing for the full shift.
- Comply with all cleanroom protocols, including wearing provided protective garments and adhering to restrictions on cosmetics and jewelry.
- Use basic computer skills to support production tasks, such as reading instructions or entering simple data as required.
- Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally as part of the assembly and production process.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures, including rules prohibiting eating, drinking, and phone use on the production line.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, contribute to a focused and hardworking culture, and take pride in building high-quality products.
Essential Skills- Valid visa with at least 2 years remaining from the date of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of fast-paced work experience in a production line environment.
- Willingness and ability to commit to a 1-year contract.
- Experience using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers for assembly tasks.
- Ability to work with small pieces and parts with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift, including during cleanroom assignments.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (not repetitively).
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to follow digital instructions or complete simple computer-based tasks.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading, sufficient to understand written instructions and communicate with the team.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following strict cleanliness and contamination-control procedures.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Soldering experience, especially in a production or electronics environment.
- Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly experience in a highly regulated work environment.
- Ability to read soldering instructions, match numbers to wires, and perform accurate soldering work.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and stations.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow established processes and guidelines.

Work Environment
This is a second-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. You will work in a clean, well-maintained production facility with approximately 60 people on the production floor and a very diverse workforce. The culture emphasizes pride in the products being built, a hardworking and focused team approach, and respect for all backgrounds. The dress code is casual; however, cleanroom assignments require strict adherence to contamination-control rules. Cosmetics such as makeup, mascara, eyeliner, hair products, aftershaves, perfumes, fingernail polish, and fake nails are not permitted in the cleanroom, and all jewelry, including earrings, rings, bracelets, and watches, must be removed. Because cleanroom assignments can occur at any time, these restrictions apply throughout the shift. Candidates should disclose any skin conditions or infections in advance due to cleanroom requirements. A heavy jacket is provided when working in the cleanroom. Eating and drinking are not allowed on the production line, and phones, videos, and pictures are strictly prohibited in production areas. The environment is fast paced, team oriented, and focused on safety, quality, and continuous production flow.
