Gender in the Kitchen

DutiesAll normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades; submission of a deferred exam; holding regular office hours.Lectures: Tuesdays 11 am to 1 pm Minimum Qualifications PhD in Food Studies related field with teaching experience and publications in the intersection between gender and food studies.
