:À titre de Souscripteur(-trice) assurance des entreprises pour l'équipe de renouvellements, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’évaluation et l’analyse des risques commerciaux existants, tout en assurant la rentabilité et la fidélisation de notre clientèle d’affaires. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les courtiers et les équipes internes afin de proposer des solutions d’assurance adaptées et compétitives. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Répondre aux demandes des courtiers sur la qualité des risques soumis en faisant les enquêtes appropriées, dans le but d’accepter ou de refuser un risque ou d’imposer des conditions particulières.
Donner et expliquer aux courtiers les raisons de l’acceptation ou le refus de certaines demandes afin qu’ils puissent donner l’information exacte aux clients.
Négocier avec les courtiers la tarification de risques tout en étant conscient que les décisions prises ont un impact sur la rentabilité de l’entreprise et sur le développement des relations avec les courtiers.
Développer les relations d’affaires avec les courtiers en se basant sur des solutions gagnantes et adaptées pour ceux-ci, un excellent service et des contacts fréquents avec ceux-ci.
Contribuer à l’amélioration des procédures en apportant des suggestions.
Obtenir les différents rapports nécessaires à une bonne souscription (tel que les rapports financiers), en faire l'analyse et prendre les mesures appropriées.
Participer à des activités de rencontre avec nos courtiers de façon occasionnel.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Diplôme d’études collégiales en assurance de dommages.
5 années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance des entreprises - biens et responsabilité.
Titre Professionnel d’assurance agréé (P.A.A.) ou de FPAA de l’Institut d’assurance du Canada ou être en voie de l’obtenir.
