Our client, a recognized leader in broadcast measurement and consumer behaviour data, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a 14-month contract, starting mid-August.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Leadership Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership.
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and executive communications.
Operations & Project Coordination
Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating activities across multiple departments.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Assist with workflow coordination, document approvals, and internal processes.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
Office Administration
Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendor communications, workplace logistics, and facilities requests.
Act as a liaison with building management for office-related needs.
Organize meeting rooms, catering, and event logistics.
Help maintain a welcoming and well-stocked office environment.
HR & Employee Support
Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination in partnership with internal teams.
Support company events, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate activities.
Help coordinate both virtual and in-person team events throughout the year.
Financial Administration
Process expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and credit card reconciliations.
Assist with budget tracking and ensure financial documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
QualificationsCollege diploma required; Bachelor's degree is considered an asset.
3–6 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations support role.
Previous experience supporting senior leadership or multiple stakeholders is preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Monday.com, DocuSign, or similar workflow platforms is considered an asset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
A proactive, positive, "can-do" attitude with the initiative to improve processes and support a busy leadership team.
