MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager for a well-established general contractor based in Delta, BC. With over 30 years of experience delivering site preparation, ground improvement, and civil utilities infrastructure solutions, our client has completed 500+ projects across North America and is recognized for their technical expertise and long-standing client relationships across municipal, transportation, and industrial sectors.
Our client prides themselves on training and mentoring employees throughout their careers, believing that their people are their most valuable resource. The company has recently secured a major utilities scope on a significant regional infrastructure project and is growing its project leadership team to meet increasing demand. This is an urgent hire with strong potential for long-term growth as additional scopes are awarded.
The successful Civil Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery from award through completion, working closely with the Site Superintendent and field teams. This role offers a collaborative and supportive team environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company in an exciting phase of expansion.
