Accounting Manager
About Our Client
We are working with a real estate firm in midtown Toronto which is adding an Accounting Manager to the growing team.
Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for :
- Accounting processes related to the current portfolio and development projects
- Managing the accounting team
- Ensuring the completion of month-end, recoveries, budgets
- Reviewing financial and cash flows
- Reviewing investor reporting, operating results and variance analysis on properties
- Examining consolidated financial statements and notes
- Supporting audit and tax engagements
Qualifications
You are a CPA with prior experience in the real estate sector. You should have experience supervising or formally managing a team of direct reports.
