What YOU Will Do

  • You will work closely with Pomerleau management, senior executives and other managers to implement talent, culture and leadership (TCL) strategies in support of business needs;
  • You will develop and ensure the implementation of talent acquisition and human capital management strategies tailored to the realities of its internal business partners;
  • You will support managers in growing the business, managing and developing their teams;
  • You will identify and contribute to the realization of strategic initiatives and implement transformation activities that have a lasting impact;
  • You will build a relationship of trust with senior management to understand the company's strategy and translate it into meaningful TCL activities;
  • You will anticipate obstacles and challenges in order to propose appropriate solutions and / or strategies in the context of organizational change and aligned with business reality;
  • You will provide consultative support on complex labor and employee relations issues and encourage communication between managers and employees;
  • You will analyze, propose and present key performance indicators aimed at reporting to management teams on the progress and support needed to succeed;
  • You will work closely with all TCL Group business partners to ensure a strong service offering, optimization of business processes and sharing of best practices;
  • You will take personal responsibility for the recruitment of certain senior and management positions;
  • You will contribute to or pilot the development and operationalization of processes, policies and initiatives focused on talent, culture and leadership;
  • You will be called upon to play a key role in the integration of new employees and guide managers in line with market best practices.

What YOU Will Bring

  • At least 8 years' experience in human resources / business partnerships;
  • Graduate degree or diploma in human resources or equivalent training;
  • Interest in business acumen;
  • A reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ;
  • An excellent ability to drive initiatives and be able to navigate in a context of ambiguity, with minimal information at times ;
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence;
  • Strong organizational and work planning skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as a very good level of English.
