MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position with a client of ours located in Port Moody. This is an on-site position 5 days per week for the first 6 months and then after a hybrid role (3 days on site and 2 remote).
Base Salary Range $70k to $90K
Role Breakdown
80% of duties will be Salesforce Administration
20% of duties will be IT Administrator
Salesforce Admin experience is the most important
Key Must Haves
Min 2 years experience with Salesforce Administration, configuration, and customization (record types, salesforce infrastructure, reporting and analytics)
Salesforce Admin Certification
Manage and administer Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM platform to meet the organization's requirements.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all systems to ensure security and compliance.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
In office role 5 days per week for the first 6 months
After 6 months 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Nice to Haves
Experience managing and administrating Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
Proficiency in Adobe products such as Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign
Familiarity with VoIP systems such as Ring Central and TELUS Business Connect.
