Job Description
Office Manager (SAP) Remote
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with SAP experience to support our client's team with various administrative tasks.
This role involves working closely with a team that travels and trains / coaches regularly, requiring substantial administrative support.

Responsibilities :
- Processing Travel Expenses : Handle the processing of travel expenses for the team (Note : This does not include travel arrangements).
- Workshop and Training Organization : Coordinate workshops and training sessions, including sending invitations, booking rooms, and ordering catering.
- Vendor Management : Create and manage vendor profiles and Purchase Orders in SAP.
What you will need to succeed :
- English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) - preferred
- 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to work independently.
