This role is a chance to join an established, growing Western Canadian financial planning firm. As an associate, you serve a Senior Financial Advisor with a diverse client base helping them achieve their goals in life and finances.
The successful candidate will serve broader business goals in the following ways :
Manage client needs and portfolios with excellence and relational warmth
Coordinate and complete transactions
Participate in marketing strategies to grow the business
In conjunction with other staff, fulfill administrative responsibilities
Continue to learn and grow in related expertise

Prerequisites for this role include some or all of the following :
Experience in the wealth advisor industry
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (or to be completed after hiring)
Credentials in life insurance planning would be an additional asset to the firm
Financial Planner or any other accreditation related to the field is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal qualities to grow and maintain client and staff relationships
Willingness to offer quick and efficient service to clients
Taxation knowledge is an asset
Comfortable learning new software and IT systems
