The group represents a diverse portfolio of vehicle brands and provides a full range of automotive services, including sales, financing, parts, and factory-certified service.The organization is recognized for investing in its people, fostering a collaborative and transparent culture, and creating long-term career pathways for those who want to grow within the automotive and accounting professions.Your New RoleAs a General Accounting Associate, you will support the accounting operations of a high-volume automotive dealership located in Brampton, Ontario. Reporting to the Controller and working alongside experienced accounting professionals, you’ll be responsible for accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and administrative support across multiple accounting functions.Your day-to-day duties will include posting new and used vehicle deals (retail, wholesale, fleet, and dealer trades), managing lien payables and issuing cheques, posting daily funding statements, reconciling warranty and other payable accounts, processing factory invoices, handling licensing activities, processing expense reports, and assisting with monthly financial reporting. You will also support senior accounting staff andplete general office and accounting tasks as required.This is a fully in-office role based in Brampton, ON, with standard hours of 8 : 00am–4 : 00pm and flexibility to work 9 : 00am–5 : 00pm when needed.What You’ll Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you’ll bring a solid grounding in accounting fundamentals and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have :

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role in an automotive dealership setting
• A high level of accuracy in reconciliations and number matching
• The ability to process a high volume of transactions efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Experience with dealership accounting systems such as CDK and 180 (preferred)
• Excellent organizational,munication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
• Previous automotive accounting experience (preferred but not essential)
