Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Reports to : Director of Sales | Location : Remote
Craver is on a mission to help coffee shops and QSRs grow with custom-branded mobile apps that drive repeat business. We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of outbound success to help us accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Proactively reach out to cold leads via phone and email to generate qualified demos
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospects across North America
- Identify key decision-makers and clearly communicate Craver’s value proposition
- Maintain high-quality discovery conversations to ensure demo bookings meet qualification criteria
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and Director of Sales to optimize outreach strategy
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of experience as a full-time SDR focused on cold calling and outbound prospectingComfortable and confident making 100+ calls a dayProven ability to consistently book high-quality, sales-qualified demosExcellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone presenceStrong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)A proactive mindset — you’re self-motivated, coachable, and goal-orientedBenefits
