We are looking for someone who:Is a Licensed Millwright.Has 3 to 5 years of experience as a Millwright in an automotive setting (preventative maintenance, continuous improvement (Kaizen), breakdowns, etc.).Is available and willing to work mandatory overtime maintenance shifts are more extended to support our production department.Has an excellent attendance record and arrives at work on time.Has strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Has good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.Has a desire to learn skills other than your area of expertise.Has a good understanding of the Toyota Production System (this would be an asset).
