About the Role
As a Fleet Service Coordinator, you will:
- Provide day-to-day management of the Fleet’s software systems, including documentation, maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports, ensuring accurate, timely and complete record keeping;
- Collect maintenance data and generate reports to track equipment service records, costs, and compliance;
- Assist in day-to-day record-keeping, expenses, and reporting for Finance;
- Ensure timely scheduling of routine maintenance tasks and inspections to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability;
- Assist in maintaining parts inventory and Shop supplies, as needed.
About You
- 1-3 years of experience in the fleet industry preferred;
- Valid G or G2 license with good driving record;
- Demonstrated multitasking, organizational and time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
- Knowledge of mechanical parts and processes is an asset;
- Experience with fleet software programs and systems is an asset.
