We are looking for an Customer Service and Sales Coordinator that will be focused creating, processing and fulfilling orders on a day to day basis. The team member will be the one welcoming customers, answering the phones, putting together orders, ordering product, reviewing outstanding orders, and contacting clients when their product is here for pick up.
To be successful, you will have drive to deliver top-notch customer service, and help the sales team meet their daily, weekly and monthly goals. Being highly organized, and detail oriented will be your biggest asset to make sure customer are satisfied everyday. Exceptional communication skills are also key.
